Her experience lies in the Accounting and Project Management area, specializing in Joint Venture and Land projects. Her previous experience has allowed her to gain valuable understanding of project management and accounting needs. As the Administrative Assistant for Anstice Communications, Stephanie will ensure the company’s administrative needs are met and everyone is greeted with a friendly smile when they come to the office.Q&A with Stephanie:What are you most excited about with your transition to working in communications?For the better part of my career, I have been in the accounting world. I learned a lot and am grateful for my time there, but I am ready to be in an industry that is at the forefront of what is new and changing in our world.So, you’re a hockey player. What do you enjoy most about Canada’s favourite pastime?Skating. I have been skating for longer than I can remember. It is so natural for me to be on ice, and every time I tie up my skates I get an incredible rush of adrenaline. Based on your social media posts, it’s not hard to tell you’re an animal lover. Tell us a funny story about one of your many pets.When we were adopting our cat JD (Jack Daniels), we went to the Humane Society to pick out our new family member. I had never owned a cat before and wasn’t too sure what I was looking for. I was convinced that none of them were “speaking to me” and maybe we should come back in a few days. But my husband had spotted JD and was in love, and he knew this was our cat. He persuaded me to give him a shot, so we all went into a room (where you can spend time and get to know each other) and the rest is history. We have the cutest, kindest and most playful cat around. I guess my husband has good taste 😉What is your favourite social media platform?Instagram, mostly so I can overload people on pictures of all my dogs and my cat.Ryan Gosling or Ryan Reynolds?Reynolds all the way!
